Welcome! My name is Andria Collins, I am a Utah & Colorado Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I began my training in the Vail Valley in Colorado where I worked for The Eagle County Assessor for nearly 6 years. It is there that I learned to appraise a large variety of property including high end residential homes, condominiums and vacant land. I moved to the Moab area in 2006 and began my independent appraisal business in November. I love the area and have found many challenges in appraising properties in Moab & most importantly met some incredible people.

I am proud to announce that I currently have 2 appraiser trainees working with me who are very helpful and learning the appraisal business well. Caleb Dooley who is a Moab native is a great addition to my office as he knows many of the residents of Moab. He is an incredible asset and works hard at being accurate, fair and learning new facets of the appraisal process. Lora Akers is a resident of Price and is just beginning to learn the appraisal trade among her many other accomplishments of being a published poet & author of 3 books and having her pilot's license. My investment in training and technology has helped my customers greatly reduce their workload. By offering on-line appraisal ordering, coupled with automatic report status updates and electronic delivery of the final product, I am able to eliminate the run around and phone tag hassles associated with this process. And since this process saves us money as well, we can keep our rates competitive with anybody in the industry.
